Maintenance regulations of automatic fire alarm system
Fire detectors, module class, manual alarm button, fire hydrant button and other equipment
■ Maintenance methods:

Backup power supply
Maintenance methods:

2. Backup power fuse or fuse blown, to determine the line is normal, replace the fuse or fuse to meet the requirements.
3. When the backup power supply voltage is insufficient, the power charging device should be checked, the failure should be replaced by the backup power supply; 4.

Communication device
Maintenance methods:

2. regional alarm controller and centralized alarm controller communication interface board failure, should be repaired or replaced communication interface board; such as other equipment caused by communication failures, then repair or replace the corresponding equipment;

Fire alarm controller class equipment
Inspection requirements:
1. Monthly check controller indicator, display, audio devices, should be intact and effective.
2. Monthly check the controller external lines should be free of defects, terminals should be free of loose, line labeling terminal marking should be clear, the external interface contact is good.
3. Quarterly check the controller functions should be normal.
4. Quarterly measurement of the controller's output voltage with a multimeter should meet the requirements of the product instruction manual.
5. Measure the input voltage of the fire detector or module at the end of the control bus circuit with a multimeter every quarter, and it should meet the design requirements.
Maintenance methods:

Maintenance method:

Inspection requirements:

Maintenance method: Re-tighten the loose terminals of the equipment connection, replace the screws, terminal gaskets and other wiring components with corrosion traces, remove the corroded wire ends, and reconnect them after tin-lining.
Sound and light alarm equipment
Inspection requirements: quarterly check the sound and light alarm equipment working condition is normal.
Maintenance methods:
1. Connect the loose terminals of the equipment to re-tighten the connection, replace the screws with traces of corrosion, terminal spacers and other wiring components, remove the corrosion of the wire ends, tin-lined and reconnected.
2. Use special cleaning tools or soft cloth and appropriate detergent to clean the surface stains of the sound and light alarm equipment.
Battery
Inspection requirements:
1. Quarterly inspection of automatic fire alarm system backup battery, there should be no deformation of the bulging phenomenon.
2. Quarterly switching test of the main power supply for fire protection, record the continuous working time of the backup power under standard load, and check whether the backup battery power status is normal.
3. Quarterly check the battery poles and terminals, the connection should be reliable, the appearance should be metal luster.
Maintenance method:
1. Remove the yellowish-white paste that may appear around the battery poles.
2. Replace the backup battery whose power status is not normal.
3. Apply petroleum jelly and other protective agents on the battery terminals to prevent oxidation.
Fire control room graphic display device
Inspection Requirements: Check the appearance and function of the graphic display device every month.
Maintenance methods:
1. Use special cleaning tools or soft cloth and appropriate cleaning agents to clean the surface stains on the graphic display unit;.
2. The use of compressed air, cleaning tools and other cleaning device box body dust.
3. Backup the software of the graphic display device every six months.
Automatic fire alarm system end-of-life conditions
Automatic fire alarm system service life of not more than twelve years, the service life should be scrapped. End-of-life conditions and treatment should be consistent with the provisions of GB 29837.
The service life of the battery shall not exceed four years, and it shall be scrapped when it reaches the service life. Does not reach the service life, but there are serious surface deformation, corrosion, liquid leakage, etc., should also be scrapped.
